Daily: develops plans and executes operational strategies to deliver on our customer promise.
Leverages and analyzes distribution systems, reports and procedures to improve performance and minimize costs within the department.
Works directly with Manufacturing to ensure seamless flow of goods from Manufacturing to Distribution.
Maniacal focus on internal and external customer needs. Maintains and improves order accuracy, on time deliveries to meet customer expectations according to department standards.
Independently troubleshoots and resolves operational issues.
Drives results by building and training a strong team of Supervisors, Leads, and other personnel within the department using positive reinforcement and consistent follow up and follow through.
Influences and collaborates with key stakeholders within the shift and the plant to ensure seamless execution.
