Job Title: Engineering Project ManagerJob DescriptionLead a cross-functional team to execute Distribution projects from inception through design and engineering completion. Essential Skills
5+ years as Distribution Engineer
Prior experience supporting energy projects
Experience with Bentley Open Utility Designer software and Pole Foreman
Previous experience in leading a team of designers
Organizational and analytical skills to manage workload, provide status updates, and assist with invoicing
Willingness to work in office to help train other designers with a hybrid schedule option
Great communication and interpersonal skills

Work EnvironmentWill accommodate a flexible schedule with an emphasis on being onsite. The work culture is small office, close-knit, and quiet.
