Onebridge is a Consulting firm with an HQ in Indianapolis, and clients dispersed throughout the United States and beyond. We have an exciting opportunity for an ETL Tester to join one of our clients on a contract basis.

This position is an Onsite role with Hybrid flexibility based in Indianapolis, IN.

ETL Tester | About You

As an ETL Tester, you are responsible for developing an understanding of the functional and technical requirements required to create a testing plan. You will perform QA design, execution, and analysis of test plans and create strategies for the client's developed and/or purchased software solutions. You will create automation scripts from scratch, perform data validation, and analyze test results. You must be confident and comfortable with operating in an Agile environment and taking the lead in Scrum meetings. You possess solid scripting abilities and a mindset geared towards optimizing productivity with the experience to back it up.

ETL Tester | Day-to-Day

  • Write and create automation test scripts in a custom framework environment.
  • Operate and lead a team in an Agile environment, and participate in Scrum meetings, and sprint cycles.
  • Test ETL processes and leverage SQL skills on a routine basis.
  • Conduct routine debugging, regression analysis, and performance testing.
  • Perform quality assurance testing, execution, and analysis of test plans.
  • Create strategies for all internally developed and purchased software solutions.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain testing artifacts using best practices.

ETL Tester | Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in Software Testing or Development with a focus on ETL/Informatica.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Test Complete, or QTP.
  • Knowledge of QA and ETL tools, strong SQL skills, and NET or Java-based application skills.
  • Strong background in test creation, test execution, and white & black box testing.
  • Experience in bug tracking software, database technology, and test case management systems is required.
  • Recent SOAP UI, web services API, and Agile Experience.
  • Exposure to Business Objects is a bonus!
