We are currently seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team, responsible for overseeing semi-truck operations on the East Coast from our office location. Key responsibilities include load sourcing, efficient scheduling and dispatching of drivers, proactive communication with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping for regulatory compliance, providing roadside assistance as required, and ensuring top-tier customer service delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess prior dispatching experience (at least 2 years) in the transportation sector, strong organizational and communication abilities, proficiency in logistics software, and a comprehensive understanding of trucking regulations.
