Facilities Maintenance - 2nd shift - High Profile Buildings $27-$34hr

Our Facilities Maintenance Professionals must pass a Sheriff Background in order to enter the majority of our buildings.

Priority openings at this time will be 2nd shift working in the evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preventive Maintenance

- General Plumbing

- Basic Electrical

- HVAC

- Grounds keeping

- Communication / Training

- Keeping work stations clean and organized

- Working alongside contractors as needed

Ideal candidates will have some experience with all competencies but may not be an expert.
