Field Renovation Manager – Residential Construction (Full-Time)

We’re a fast-growing renovation company looking for a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground manager to oversee residential renovation projects from start to finish. If you’ve got experience in construction, like working outside the office, and know how to manage crews and materials, this could be a great fit for you.

Right now, we’re renovating 4–6 houses a month and we’re ready to take on more. Most of our projects are light remodels and take about 8–14 days to complete. Larger homes or major renovations may run 3–4 weeks. Some of our team stays in weekly rooms we provide, while others commute in and put in long days — typically 12–16 hours — to get the job done efficiently.

This is not a clipboard and meetings type of job. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, lead-from-the-front position.

What you’ll be doing:

Be on site every day managing one renovation at a time to start

Create material lists and coordinate orders

Schedule labor and deliveries

Coach crews and keep everyone on task

Help hands-on when needed to stay on track

Once comfortable, manage two houses at a time that are located near each other

What we’re looking for:

Some experience in residential construction — you don’t need to know everything, but you should know your way around a job site

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Organized and able to manage people, schedules, and material flow

English and Spanish speaking is a big plus

Willing to travel up to 2 hours from Indianapolis

Pay: $32 to $37 an hour depending on experience. After you complete your first project, we’ll review performance and discuss next steps including potential for a raise.
