I am looking for a sanitary , creative

individual to prep 3-4 meals a week.

Please come with ideas of meals that can be planned out. You will be prepping for a family of 5, would like to have leftovers. I am looking for meals that can be cooked within 45mins. You may be asked to do lite grocery shopping for items.
