Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description A Full Charge Bookkeeper has become available with one of our clients. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will manage full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation and audit. The clerical staff will address any concerns to the Full Charge Bookkeeper. Our ideal Bookkeeper candidate will be able to thrive under tight deadlines with minimal supervision while performing as a self-driven and organized accounting professional. Familiar with Accounts Receivable

Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation

Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

Supervise monthly accounting close

More tasks as requested

Assemble cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

Prepare cash flow projections, as needed

Index budget transfers

Manage sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

Look after Accounts Payable

Business license and gross receipts summarizing Requirements - BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well

Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

Proficiency in payroll

Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)

Strong organization skills

Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

Considerable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
