Job Description
We are seeking consistent and reliable candidates that enjoy working outside and working with their hands for a Pallet Repairer position at our manufacturing site in Waterloo, IN
. This is primarily an outdoor position, all candidateshould be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.The pallet repairer will be responsible for taking apart damaged pallets and replacing those pieces with new boards.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm (approximately 47.5 hours/week.) Saturdays during busy months (7am-3pm). Pay starts at $16.00 per an hour.Embrace and follow safe work practices at all times
Work effectively outside in various weather conditions
Comfortable with physically demanding work
Evaluate and sort pallets
Safely use pneumatic nail guns
Ensure proper inventory procedures and reporting are followed
Perform other related duties as assigned.
May work to support production or yard operations on a short term or fill in basis.

Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure quality is maintained
Ability to keep accurate records.
Familiarity working with power tools.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
Comfortable working with target rates of prodcution
