You’ll be responsible for training associates on machinery setup, managing workflows, maintaining accurate records, improving processes, and promoting safety.Responsibilities:Train associates on machinery setup and operation, providing feedback and follow-up.Prioritize tasks and collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to meet deadlines.Ensure safety and proper equipment maintenance.Support associate engagement through training and team-building activities.Maintain accurate records and monitor work progress to ensure deadlines are met.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency.Promote compliance with company policies and procedures.Lead and participate in teams, providing advice and support to meet business goals.
