Public Smokehouse is open Monday - Wednesday 10am - 6pm, Thursday - Friday 10am - 7pm, and Saturday 9am - 5pm. Full time or part-time hours are available.

Public Smokehouse Staff engage guests with exceptional front-line customer service both in person and over the phone.

Duties also include preparing, cooking, and packaging seasonal food specials in the Public Smokehouse kitchen, creating beautiful displays, stocking + packaging orders for pick up and shipping, running the cash register, maintaining Smoking Goose's high standards for cleanliness and organization, plus more.
