Help Doing Yardwork

Need help doing yardwork in South Bend/Mishawaka area, though I do have properties within a 50 mile radius as well. Ideal candidate has their own riding mower and trimmer, hedge clipper and blower (all battery or gas operated since no power at these unoccupied properties). Most properties are already in good shape having been regularly maintained previously. Most properties are regular lot sizes not overly large lots. I pay $30 per property and would normally assign at least 4 properties at a time, maybe more. Candidate must be a legally licensed driver and have dependable transportation and able to pull a trailer (assumes you already have a utility trailer with which to haul your riding mower around). Will also consider a candidate that is a legally licensed driver and has dependable transportation and able to haul my trailer and mower to do my mows @ $20 per property. I prefer option 1, but will consider option 2 depending on ad response.
