Hiring Brand Ambassadors

Indianapolis, Indiana - October 18-19 2025

(18-20 Hours in 2 days)

Dispatch Tree Marketing is producing a brand activation this fall during the World Food Championships.

We are hiring professional, outgoing Brand Ambassadors and Support Staff to help us deliver an exceptional experience to attendees.

Activation Highlights:

Interactive gaming stations, Leader board experience

Rewards Center with giveaways and prizes

Photo ops and immersive fan moments

Large-scale crowd engagement (400-500+ guests per day)

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage guests with energy and enthusiasm

Encourage participation in gaming experiences and competitions

Manage lines and crowd flow for photo ops and Rewards Center

Support the team and facilitate positive fan interactions

Represent Dispatch Tree Marketing and client brands in a professional manner

Maintain a fun, safe, and on-brand atmosphere at all times for all ages

Long Standing Times, Must lift over 30lbs

Compensation:

$22-25/hour based on experience

Opportunity to work with an industry-leading experiential marketing team

Travel & Lodging are NOT included for this opportunity, must be local

Candidate Attributes:

Outgoing and approachable personality

Passion for foodie culture

Ability to stand and stay active for extended periods

Reliable transportation to and from the venue

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Previous experience in brand ambassador work a plus but not required
