Contract / Commission-Based Outreach & Site Visit Specialist – Home Health Company:

We are a growing home health care company seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team on a contract or commission basis. The primary role will be to assist with client acquisition and relationship-building through site visits, networking, and community outreach.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to potential referral sources (clinics, hospitals, physician offices, senior living facilities, community centers, etc.).

Present and promote our home health services to prospective clients and referral partners.

Assist in procuring and onboarding new home health clients.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources and community organizations.

Provide feedback and reporting on outreach activities.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, reliable, and professional in presentation.

Prior experience in healthcare, marketing, or sales is a plus (especially in home health, hospice, or related fields).

Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for site visits.

Ability to work independently and on a flexible schedule.

Compensation:
