Description We are seeking an HR Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role will involve partnering with various teams to develop and execute solutions across a range of Human Resources disciplines, with the aim of fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and consistent growth. Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic HR advisor, coach, and partner to functional management teams, providing insights and enhancing effectiveness in areas such as career development, staffing initiatives, associate relations, and performance management. Collaborate with the HR team to drive the execution of HR strategies within functional teams. Foster an environment of positive associate relations and open communication. Provide guidance on business function structure, workforce planning, and succession planning. Manage and resolve complex associate relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations, and providing recommendations for resolutions considering legal and compliance aspects. Administer compensation program in partnership with HR leadership, including market pricing, program evaluation, compensation structure maintenance and guidance on compensation strategy & pay mix. Manage large company-wide initiatives for functional teams, such as salary reviews, organizational change, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, among others. Work closely with all HR functions to provide seamless HR support and guidance to the business. Assist management in the development of solutions through process redesign, change management, and culture change. Proactively look for ways to improve the function’s effectiveness and enhance organizational impact. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations, and partner with managers to make improvements based on constructive feedback.Requirements Proven track record as a Human Resources Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of Benefit Functions in human resources Proven expertise in Compensation Administration Strong understanding and application of Compliance in HR Solid experience in managing Employee Relations Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
