Intake Specialist

Description We are in search of an Intake Specialist to join our team, based in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. As an Intake Specialist, you will hold the crucial role of managing client interactions and maintaining up-to-date client records. You'll also be tasked with scheduling and executing formal intakes, ensuring the effective flow of information to our internal teams. Responsibilities: Utilize RingCentral phone app for communication with clients Schedule formal intakes with clients Complete client intakes and disseminate detailed information via Intake Forms Ensure completed Intake Forms are sent to relevant internal teams promptly Perform data entry tasks as required Deliver superior customer service to clients Handle client registration forms Manage typing tasks efficiently Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of customer service Manage scheduling tasks effectively.
