This team works with commercial and government health insurance Payers to provide patients with affordable access to Lilly medicines. In this role, you will implement a new Payer Contract and Pricing ecosystem for the U.S. Affiliate, see it through stabilization, and continue with the team who drives business value through it.How to Succeed As a pillar in this team , show curiosity and a love of learning to understand the U.S. healthcare landscape and how the business uses technology to support end-to-end business processes. Anticipate business challenges, prioritize, and provide a course of action to realize value. Communicate plainly with intent, influence decisions with data, and accelerate delivery of results by resolving inter-team dependencies, risk identification and mitigation, and removing impediments to progress. Possess passion for improving systems, processes, and yourself.What to Bring- An analytical mind, creativity, leadership , decisiveness , and outstanding facilitation skills.
- Prior involvement in large, multi-team, enterprise critical IT system implementations.
- Proficiency working in COTS configured/SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity working with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
- Experience working in a highly regulated and controlled environment (e.g., Sarbanes Oxley, GxP)
- Certification in ITIL 4 Foundations and/or SAFe for Teams is a bonus!
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- 5+ years working in Information Technology as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, IT Consultant, or similar role .
- Experience with Revenue Management (e.g., Model N Flex) or SAP solutions; life sciences or healthcare systems, especially dealing with Payers.
