The Workforce Productivity Services team is looking for a hardware engineer with endpoint security experience to join our fast-paced delivery-focused team. What You'll Be Doing

You will contribute to three key business problems we are trying to solve: proactively identify hardware options to improve user experience, take part in developing solutions to improve security posture of devices, and lead complex problem-solving efforts across services, teams, and vendors.

How You'll Succeed
  • As a key contributor to this team, you will bring your high learning agility and relationship building skills to understand the hardware use cases of Lilly personas across the company.
  • You will bring your experience of hardware-based security to develop solutions using an agile dev/sec/ops approach.
  • With your curiosity of all things technical and willingness to motivate change, you will work with peers to improve the digital user experience across Lilly.

What You Should Bring
  • Technical understanding of key enterprise security platforms, information, and concepts.
  • Ability to understand and support the security-related change portfolio.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in PC/Mac/iOS device technology.
  • Consistent track record of high quality, user focused, on-time solution delivery.
  • Experience investigating and solving complex issues related to hardware, operating systems, drivers, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, working across agile and diverse teams.

Your Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience as an IT professional
  • 3+ years' experience in hardware and/or security field.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
