IN - IDOH Project Manager (703304)Indianapolis HybridOverview:The Indiana Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) provides nutrition and health education, breastfeeding support, healthy food, and referrals to other services free of charge to Indiana families who qualify.WIC Project Manager will work with the Indiana WIC (IN WIC) team on projects across the division, including the planning, execution, and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This person is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects. They will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress through reporting methods. This position will be responsible for resource management for projects across the division.Initial work will focus on projects related to the IN WIC Management Information Systems (MIS) system. The person will work with the WIC MIS Subject Matter Expert to coordinate MIS projects, manage releases for all IN WIC applications, participate in short-term and long-term planning for IN WIC applications, manage monthly deliverables for MIS and Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) contracts, and manage MIS annual tasks (access reviews, disaster recovery, fiscal year-end, etc.).Future work would include projects and initiatives from the various WIC teams, including Nutrition Education, Clinic Services, Breastfeeding Support, Vendor Management, Marketing, Farmers’ Market, and division management.
