Junior Technical Services Specialist (Junior IT Support - Hardware)

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable working with computers and understands how desktop and laptop hardware works. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you’ll be working with PCs, laptops and related equipment, including setting up devices, installing hardware and troubleshooting basic issues.You don’t need years of corporate IT experience to be successful in this position. We’re open to candidates who have developed their experience in a computer repair shop, technical support environment, IT department or another professional setting. What’s important is that you’ve worked with computers beyond simply helping friends and family and can confidently work your way around a machine.The role is based approximately 45 minutes from Fort Wayne, Indiana and requires you to be onsite five days per week.
