Onebridge is a Consulting firm with an HQ in Indianapolis, and clients dispersed throughout the Midwest and beyond. We have an exciting opportunity for a Kronos Configuration Consultant to join our Digital Practice, providing augmented support to one of our key clients.

This is a fully remote 6-month contract role working alongside Onebridge Team and our Client to deliver a seamless data quality experience. Ideally, the candidate will be able to operate on Eastern Time (EST). Candidates located in Indianapolis, IN, or regional to the Midwest will be given preference.

Kronos Configuration Consultant | About You

As a Kronos Configuration Consultant, you are responsible for applying your Functional Kronos expertise to build systems and process proficiency across all HR Platforms. You are skilled in deciphering business requirements, defining the Application Architecture, and mapping module workflows and integration points. You will collaborate on delivering solutions for scalable and repeatable process enhancements. You are proficient when it comes to understanding and troubleshooting business processes and Kronos system-related issues while providing subject matter expertise. You are highly technical and can configure a product to meet business requirements and design specifications.

Kronos Configuration Consultant | Day-to-Day

  • Converting functional requirements into configuration and mappings and creating corresponding system documentation and business rules.
  • Understand how the business rules drive Technical Configuration, along with risks and limitations.
  • Ensure adherence to FLSA and DOL standards.
  • Configure tools and platforms according to requirements documents and create assets and documentation for future-state access.
  • Perform end-to-end testing and data validation.
  • Develop a wide variety of deliverables (e.g., reports, tools, strategic approaches, briefings, or data analyses).

Kronos Configuration Consultant | Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of progressively complex Kronos Projects and Systems experience.
  • Experience with a range of Kronos versions including hands-on experience configuring Kronos Dimensions and Kronos Legacy On-Prem is essential.
  • Hands-on experience setting up, evaluating, and configuring systems and processes following industry best practices and standards.
  • Experience working with various employee types and multiple timekeeping rules across a variety of geographies with different configuration requirements for environments while leveraging varying versions of tools/platforms for environments up to or greater than 10,000 employees.
