You will ensure that the facility, properties, and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently. You will provide professional services to operate, renovate and maintain building, systems and equipment while meeting the needs of the building occupants.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.Key Responsibilities

Own delivery of facilities project management on assigned projects and prepare project charters, A3’s and successfully manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

Select and manage vendors as needed to complete projects in accordance with Honeywell policies and ISN.

Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory/Honeywell prerequisites.

Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.

Coordinate project activities to minimize impact to facility and manufacturing operations.

Provide regular updates, including schedule and budget to project stakeholders.

Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.

Identify and drive process improvements to decrease project cycle time.

Integrate energy efficiency and sustainability into projects whenever possible.

Manage repair and maintenance, communicating maintenance schedules.

Assist in outage planning, coordinating timing with leadership team to minimize business impact.

Coordinate equipment readiness including evaluating designs.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years working in an industrial environment with experience in manufacturing, project management, engineering, strategic planning, and/or facilities management

Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings

Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs

WE VALUE

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, manufacturing, safety, environmental science, or related field.

CAD system proficiency

Ability to lead complex projects, directing work of others with influencing and collaborative skills.

Extensive experience in facilities management or manufacturing.

Highly motivated, energetic, self-directed individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Adept use of decision-making authority to prioritize resources and project objectives.

Project management skill set

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Fundamental mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment problems.

Experience implementing a strong management operating system
