Our government client is looking for an experienced
Lead Microsoft .NET Developer on a hybrid 12+ months’ renewable contract opportunity in Indianapolis, IN. Position: Lead Microsoft .NET DeveloperNotes:This position requires the resource to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. This is a contract to hire position with an anticipated full-time salary of around $100k with a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates presented must be eligible for full time hire, without requiring sponsorship. Candidate must be local or willing to relocate to Indianapolis,INJob Summary:Incumbent will work as part of an application systems development team as well as independently on projects. This position will be responsible for development of a new Oracle / .Net web site to replace an aging system, which is written in Oracle Forms. This position will also be responsible for learning the existing architecture and business rules, and to provide support for the existing environment. Participate in functional requirements definition, meet with users to understand requirements, data collection and implement the requirements. Provide project management and leadership to a team of developers to build the new system. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and fix them as and when they occur. Required/Desired Skills:- 3 Years of Project Management / Team lead experience Required
