Incumbent will work as part of an application systems development team as well as independently on projects. This position will be responsible for development of a new Oracle / .Net web site to replace an aging system, known as ACAPS, which is written in Oracle Forms. This position will also be responsible for learning the existing architecture and business rules, and to provide support for the existing environment. Participate in functional requirements definition, meet with users to understand requirements, data collection and implement the requirements. Provide project management and leadership to a team of developers to build the new system. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and fix them as and when they occur.
