Description: Job Title: Lead, Program Finance Job Code: SAS20233003-99091 Job Location: Fort Wayne, IN Job Description: The Lead, Program Finance Analyst (PFA) will work in a fast paced environment with high expectations, diverse assignments and a collaborative team setting. This role is involved in supporting all phases of a contract from proposal preparation through contract closeout. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for development and distribution of financial reports to stakeholders throughout the organization. The analyst must also understand the requirements of their internal customers and provide useful, timely data to assist in the decision-making process. Essential Functions:

Responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget for large and/or complex programs.

Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.

Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.

Conducts detailed financial analysis.

Interprets and implements most proposal estimating, pricing and documentation requirements.

Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 9 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Minimum of 7 years of experience with a Master’s Degree.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Additional Skills:

Earned Value Management (EVM) experience to include use of EV tools (MPM or Cobra)

Experience with cost/schedule development, budgeting, Excel spreadsheets, Customer/Management reporting, and forecasting

Strong teamwork and business partnering skills

Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills

Process improvement oriented, ability to identify and implement improvement ideas

Self-motivated accurate, and strong analytical/organizational skills
