Job Title: Licensed SurveyorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Licensed Surveyor to join our Pre-Design Team, focusing on ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys for land development projects. This role involves leading daily survey activities, functioning as a primary client contact, assisting in preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with laws and company standards. Projects vary across industrial, educational, residential, and commercial sectors primarily in Central Indiana with required site visits. This is an office position with no field survey collection required. The successful candidate will use Civil 3D as the design software.Hard Skills

Licensed Surveyor in Indiana or ability to obtain within a year

Proficient in Civil 3D

Experienced in ALTA surveys, able to compile without assistance

Soft Skills

Leadership and team management

Effective communication and conflict resolution

Client relationship management

Mentorship and training
