Starting pay $20/hour with 1.5x OT pay regularly, $1,000 sign on bonus, $1 increase after a year, annual increases Jan 1, end of year bonus opportunities, 401k with 5% match, paid time off, $25,000 company-paid life insurance policy, HSA contributions, paid dental and vision insurance, access to supplemental insurance, and more!
