Exact Staff is hiring Loss Prevention Associates for a large warehouse in Plainfield, IN. This day shift role pays $16.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor employees and visitors entering and exiting through metal detectors

Observe warehouse activity to prevent theft and ensure safety

Conduct routine inspections and maintain detailed incident reports

Support management and security team as needed

Requirements:

Prior loss prevention or security experience preferred

Reliable, alert, and professional demeanor

Strong communication and observation skills

Must pass background check and drug screen

Shift & Pay:

Day shift hours

$16.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
