Maintenance Position

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced with general repairs, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, etc.)

Troubleshoot and fix emergency issues as they arise

Complete work orders in a timely manner

Inspect units/buildings for maintenance needs

Communicate professionally with tenants/owners

Keep records of repairs, supplies, and completed tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in general maintenance, construction, or related field

Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with rental properties or multi-unit buildings

Ability to handle on-call/emergency requests (if applicable)
