We are a fast-paced company, you may be pulled in a variety of different direction with tasks added or changed.Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on machines, equipment, and systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major repairs, upgrades, and improvement projectsSafely accomplish assigned tasksMust be willing to work overtime as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop equipment specifications and proactive maintenance strategiesComply with safety regulationsMaintain clean and orderly work areasOther duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsManage ambiguity while working through stressful situationsPositive attitude and a willingness to work with othersBasic machining skillsBasic welding skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a groupMust own hand toolsStrong troubleshooting skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:   ·         Experience with Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work Permits·         Outstanding attendance·         Previous Maintenance Experience·         Ability to read blueprints and machine control schematics
