Global Records and Information Management Job Description - Information Technology Technology Integrator (P1-3)Responsibilities The Technology Integrator is responsible to design, implement and manage two key areas: 1) the reporting development necessary to support various needs within the Global RIM Team and 2) responsible for developing strong relationships with internal Service Owners, service providers and Third Party Managers in Lilly IT organizations regarding the delivery of end-to-end services in order to support our business partners' and end-users' service needs.Key Objectives/Deliverables:- Responsible to create reports and ad hoc queries based upon requirements of the Global RIM Team. Skills include Power BI, Excel, MS Forms, and PowerAutomate.
- Direct daily operations support of the vendor supporting Policy Center and eArchive.
- Consult with all business areas appropriately on Policy Center and eArchive capabilities.
- Negotiate, agree, and maintain the Operational Level Agreements with the internal IT Provider
- Negotiate and agree with both the Customer and IT Provider any Service Level Requirements for any proposed new/developing services.
- Analyze and review service performance against the Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements.
- Deliver service in line with agreed service levels
- Provide accurate updates/changes to the services portfolio and catalog
- Assist in setting direction regarding new and existing services based on business needs
- Provide regular and formal reporting of Service Level Management performance, including deviations from the agreed-upon values, and distribute this report to different levels of the organization.
- Implement and manage an ongoing service improvement plan and activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information or related field
- 2+ years of Information Technology experience
- Strong skills in the area of leadership/influence, planning/organizing, and communication
- Knowledge/experience with Power BI and Excel.
- Project and/or service management experience
- Knowledge/experience with MS Forms and PowerAutomate.
