Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer role is aimed at developing and implementing optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. The role also involves recommending and implementing improvements to production processes, methods, and controls, as well as coordinating manufacturing launch for new or revised products. This position is responsible for the design and/or testing of tooling and equipment and/or planning the manufacturing processes in a designated area of the manufacturing plant.Hard Skills
Development of manufacturing systems
Design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes
Researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment
Product design fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials knowledge
Designing testing methods
Analyzing process elements for improved manufacturing capability
Analyzing equipment deficiencies for manufacturing improvements
Technical support for specific plant operations and maintenance

Ability to work in a team
Ability to provide instruction and training to a small group of employees
