We are looking for an active, organized problem-solver to keep our inventory and production pipelines moving seamlessly. Your agility and focus will directly ensure our materials get exactly where they need to go.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Movement: Safely load, unload, and transfer raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods across manufacturing and shipping areas.Inventory Accuracy: Verify physical stock against shipping documents and execute digital transactions within our Inventory Management System to correct discrepancies.Production Support: Pick up and transfer pallets, racks, and consumable supplies to keep production lines running at peak performance.Continuous Improvement: Coordinate cross-functionally with different shifts to optimize warehouse space, maintain 5S housekeeping, and support recycling programs.Safety Leadership: Perform all tasks with a safety-first mindset, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
