In this role, you will act as a primary technical resource, driving equipment reliability, operational safety, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility.What You'll Do:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical drive systems, gear reducers, bearings, shaft alignments, and process/utility equipment.Establish and execute mechanical inspection routes and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure plant uptime.Lead situational problem-solving to identify root causes and resolve high-level mechanical issues.Mentor and train shift maintenance technicians, sharing technical knowledge to build team capability.Create and update technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Single Page Lessons, and red-line schematic changes.Why Avery Dennison?
