Key ResponsibilitiesLead Site Operations and Team Performance- Manage daily site operations while directing, coaching, and developing operations staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.Ensure customer needs are met through timely communication and 24/7 operational support when required.Champion Safety and Regulatory Compliance- Serve as the site's safety leader by enforcing company safety policies, customer-specific safety requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.Perform all duties of a Safety Representative and oversee compliance across the jobsite.Develop and Maintain Safety Programs- Evaluate work environments and implement site-specific safety programs designed to eliminate hazards, reduce workplace injuries, and minimize OSHA citations.Identify jobsite deficiencies and develop corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.Build Strong Customer Relationships- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing responsive service, ensuring operational excellence, and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Drive Continuous Improvement- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, safety performance, and employee development through ongoing training, policy implementation, documentation, reporting, and best practice adoption.Work EnvironmentPrimarily works on active construction and industrial jobsites.Regular exposure to changing weather conditions, construction equipment, elevated work areas, and other industrial hazards.Requires walking, standing, climbing, and conducting routine safety inspections throughout the worksite.Must be available to respond to operational and customer needs outside of standard business hours when necessary.Days and Shift InformationFull-time, exempt position.Schedule based on customer and project needs.This position requires flexibility and may involve working beyond normal business hours, including extended shifts, to support jobsite operations and customer requirements.
