Model Home Attendant

The ideal job for a retiree. Part time job being offered to open and close a furnished model home with respected local builder. Very nice working environment. Job will entail simply filling in while the primary Sales Person is away, will be responsible for opening and closing the model, and securing the model via alarm at end of shift. You would not be expected to know all the details of home building as there will be some daily foot traffic of visitors (normally 2-4 people a day on average) you can defer questions to the sales person. Primary function will be register buyers so that the sales person can follow up upon his/her return. In time you will learn more about the options shown in the model home, and general details.

Hours 11-6pm on average, 2-3 days a week. (can be set days)
