Candidates presented must be eligible for full time hire, without requiring sponsorship. </strong></p><p><strong>This position is a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.</strong></p><p>This position will provide senior level project management, development, and application systems support for the Childrens Special Healthcare Services (CSHCS) division at the Indiana Department of Health. Incumbent will work as part of an application systems development team as well as independently on projects. This position will be responsible for development of a new Oracle / .Net web site to replace an aging system, known as ACAPS, which is written in Oracle Forms. This position will also be responsible for learning the existing architecture and business rules, and to provide support for the existing environment. Participate in functional requirements definition, meet with users to understand requirements, data collection and implement the requirements. Provide project management and leadership to a team of developers to build the new system.
