Nursing Manager (Registered Nurse)

The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as supervising and managing nursing operations in a select area.  This position develops and monitors the oversight of medical policies and procedures used within Dungarvin and ensures they meet all licensing requirements. The Nursing Services Manager will assure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health.WHAT YOU GET TO DO:Nursing Leadership: Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability, consistency, and high-quality care.Wellness Coordination: Ensure required assessments, wellness plans, face-to-face visits, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.Clinical Oversight: Monitor healthcare needs, clinical services, and care delivery for individuals supported across assigned programs.Clinical Consultation: Partner with Area Directors, Program Directors, nurses, and other team members on medical concerns, healthcare practices, and regulatory requirements.Program Growth: Help develop healthcare systems and nursing supports for new individuals and new programs.Compliance & Quality: Ensure nursing services and documentation meet licensing requirements, organizational standards, and person-centered care expectations.
