Job Description
Location: Waterloo, IN
M-F 7am-5pmSaturday work mandatory at certain times of the year. (O/T eligible)Duties and Responsibilities:Embrace and follow safe work practices at all times
Work effectively outside in various weather conditions
Comfortable physically demanding work
Accurately follow printed order sheets to create displays and samples
High Attention to detail
Use power tools to cut and attach sample blocks to displays
Ensure proper inventory procedures are followed
Ensure correct products are reaching the customers
Assist Marketing Lead to resolve shipping, stocking, and distribution abnormalities
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
Ability to keep accurate records.
Familiarity working with power tools.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
