Part-time Live In Opportunity

Family in Columbus Indiana is looking for a Part-time Live In Caregiver with experience in Advanced Dementia Care for their 90 year of age Black American mother , responsibilities are to provide Daily Care with monitoring during showering and throughout the day, Medication Reminders AM/Evening, Meal preperation for Breakfast Lunch (Snack) and Dinner. The ability to engage and re-direct cognitive confusion and memeory loss, occasional transportation to ADC Center and a dine-out outing. Client likes to watch game shows and the news, enjoys conversation. Even with Advanced Dementia, the client is very independent in dressing, and eating with setup provided, and toileting, client wears protectve garments and some minimum assistance will be needed with changing and checks for incontinence as needed. The family is looking to start December 21st 6:30 am -January 3rd 4:00pm this is for holiday coverage additional dates and times are available going forward, and will be discussed in initial contact regarding ongoing dates and times. This is a flat rate offer ranging from $250-300 per overnight stay based on experience.
