Need person to come to my home.

I need someone to help me go through numerous notes that I have documenting physical health problems. Once these notes are organized, then write them up in the way that they should be.

I may be going to the Mayo clinic and I need to have the documentation written up as well as possible for doctors to review.

I anticipate this being for 3 weeks. Possibly longer.
