Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and maintaining complex PLC systems, as well as integrating robotics and Rockwell PLC's into our manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in PLC programming.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PLC programs to control machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.
  • Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate robotics and Rockwell PLC's into our manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical support for PLC-related issues to other members of the team.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all PLC programs and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PLC technologies and trends to ensure we are using the most efficient and effective systems.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PLC programming.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages, including ladder logic and structured text.
  • Experience with Rockwell PLC's and robotics.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
