- Valid driver's license.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities:

- keep grounds neat and picked up

- Perform any task to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

- Adhere to fair housing guidelines to provide equitable services to all tenants.

- Collaborate with property management to address any other duties as needed.
