Process Engineer

Job Title: Process EngineerJob DescriptionActalent is currently seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our world-class operations team. In this crucial role, you'll drive continuous improvement, optimize production processes, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be tied to a 'family/team' of 4 including an Operations Supervisor, Technical Manager, and oversee 1 specific cell on the manufacturing line. Bringing these Process Engineers will help the Terre Haute facility achieve technical excellence and productivity.Hard Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preference for Mechanical Engineering Technology, open to Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)

1 - 3 years of experience in process/manufacturing/industrial engineering environment

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Data collection

Failure mode analysis

Root cause analysis

Lean manufacturing

5 Whys

Kaizen

Continuous improvement

Process improvement

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Terre Haute, Indiana.Work Environment

85% to 95% on the floor monitoring specific work cell / 10% to 15% creating & reviewing process plans.
