Production Machine Operator

The schedule and pay:$29.68/hr: $24.68 base plus a $5/hr night shift premiumMonday–Thursday, 6:00pm–6:00am, so every weekend is a 3-day weekendPaid weeklyPosition: We’re looking for hands-on, mechanically minded operators who enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they produce.Run automated production equipment and hit daily production goalsSet up equipment and handle preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot, adjust, and make minor repairs using hand tools and measuring devices, and bring in Maintenance when needed to keep the line movingTake apart and reassemble heavy components using hoists and hand toolsCheck product quality, including color blends, and flag anything that's offKeep accurate daily production and maintenance reportsHand off clearly at shift change so the next crew knows exactly where things standWork safely and follow plant procedures
