Job Title: Production SupervisorJob Description
We are seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations.
You will ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
The main function of a production supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
Key responsibilities include recommending measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
You will also be expected to develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
Additional duties include hiring, training, evaluating, and discharging staff, resolving personal grievances, and maintaining production reports and personnel records.
