Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator based in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. This role requires the individual to use their construction and engineering expertise to manage various construction projects. You'll be a crucial part of our team, responsible for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control. This role is a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the distribution and tracking of correspondences throughout the project duration Monitor and document project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports Organize project meetings, create agenda, and document meeting minutes Review, update, and maintain project documents and drawings Prioritize jobsite safety and maintain Material Specific Data Sheets onsite Assist in the review and implementation of safety and quality standards on the jobsite Monitor daily construction activities on projects and provide technical direction Review and recommend on payment requests and contract modifications Establish a document control system and tracking processes Assist in managing construction schedule and project budgets Use project management software to write technical project documents and manage documentation. Skills: Experience with Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Database Knowledge in EO/IR systems and Microsoft Excel Familiarity with About Time and Budget Processes Excellent Communication skills Understanding of Construction processes and Contracts Proficiency in Autodesk, Procore, and Bluebeam Revu. Requirements Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Demonstrable skills in database management Knowledge of EO/IR systems Competency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with 'About Time' software for project and resource management Understanding of budget processes and financial planning Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in construction industry would be advantageous Familiarity with contract management and legal procedures Proficiency in Autodesk for design and planning Experience with Procore construction management software Skills in using Bluebeam Revu for project collaboration.
