Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, operations or a related field
3-5 years of experience in project management
Experience with Welcome web-based project management tool or similar tool across multiple projects with resource-driven, critical path management and earned value scheduling methodologies or similar
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Ability to evaluate and develop efficient and effective operational processes as business evolves
Effective decision maker and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to think proactively
Proven conflict management skills and professionalism
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to liaise with team members at all levels within an organization
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or ITIL certification preferred
Occasional travel may be required
