Overview

Credence Management Solutions is seeking a Functional Administrator to support the Indiana Army National Guard at the Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center, IN with subject matter expertise in the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS). The individual will use RFMSS to support operations at CAJMTC, and provide RFMSS technical support and training for Indiana Army National Guard units.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical subject matter expertise regarding the integration of RFMSS processes and data with GIS, Range Complex Master Plan (RCMP), Installation Status Report (ISR), Army Station and Installation Plan (ASIP), Planning Resource for Infrastructure Development and Evaluation (PRIDE), Army Range Requirements Model (ARRM) and other systems relating to the Garrison Training Center.
  • Analyze, define and document operational processes at the Training Center as they pertain to RFMSS by completing an annual review and update of the Training Center standard operating procedures for RFMSS.
  • Analyze compliance of the RFMSS database with the business rules, processes and guidance provided by Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, Training Support Systems Division (DAMO-TRS) and Army National Guard, Training Division, Training Support Branch (ARNG-TRS) Quality assurance and quality control analysis on the RFMSS system will be conducted quarterly.
  • Support the integration of RFMSS and GIS for the Training Center Sustainable Range Program to include development of GIS data and database management. Quarterly reviews will be conducted to validate data elements within the GIS Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) that pertain to RFMSS are consistent and accurate.
  • Use RFMSS to collect ARNG Training Center utilization (throughput) and training facility utilization data per standards defined within current publication of ARNGTRSRFMSS Guidance and Standards.
  • Manage Fire Desk activities and input range utilization data into RFMSS to include ammunition expenditure, weapons systems, number of personnel trained, radio checks and range incidents.
  • Provide quarterly RFMSS training for Training Center personnel and unit customers.
  • Attend individual and collective training events, Training Center University (TCU) (once per FY), Range Complex Master Plan workshop (once per FY), and local planning events to support annual training scheduling workshop (once per FY).
  • Execute tasks and objectives identified within ALARACT 187/2015, Fixed Base Facility/Mobile Simulator Scheduling within RFMSS.
  • Execute tasks and objectives identified within ALARACT 178/2015, Updated Procedures for Utilization Reporting of Training Support System Training Enablers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in the Information Technology field and three (3) years of relevant experience. Seven (7) years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Establish and maintain subject matter expertise in the day-to-day operation and application of the RFMSS program by attending ATRRS course 964-ARNG-TRSRFMSS a minimum of once every 2 years.
