JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join our dynamic real estate investment team as a Real Estate Outreach Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting homeowners across in Indianapolis, IN that are currently in pre-foreclosure. We're a rapidly expanding group, and we're seeking an individual who shares our enthusiasm for revitalizing properties.

While primarily remote, this role requires occasional in-person meetings at our office.

Prior experience in real estate or sales is beneficial but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive leads and training.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $200,000 + Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage provided leads, both internally and through referral partners.

Oversee your personal property acquisition pipeline.

Conduct property analysis to meet our financial goals, utilizing comparative analysis, physical inspections, and renovation planning for optimal returns.

Willingness to adapt and tackle any task required to meet objectives.

Qualifications:

Previous property acquisition experience isn't mandatory, but familiarity with residential real estate is advantageous.

Residency in Indianapolis, IN is a requirement, along with a willingness to travel extensively.

While this is a virtual role, expect frequent on-site visits to properties.

Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace at home is essential.

Proficiency with software platforms and spreadsheets is preferred.
